Found out it was her birthday and things got better! It was like I met up with an old friend after years apart! When we went out to see the car I came for, I noticed a different car. We came for the Evoque, I left with a gorgeous, dream car, the Discovery! Kim was very professional, fun, informative and just had a great personality! She wasn't frazzled or didn't have someone come over to explain stuff. She really knows her stuff and even filling out paperwork with Tim in the back office was fun!
