Took the time to educate me on the car bumper to bumper. I would not have made a purchase that day had it not been for the two of them. They didn't try to upsell and put no pressure on me to buy. The car I liked was a bit higher priced than the one in the showroom, but after a 5 minute discussion with their supervisor, were able to bring the price down to match. Drove the car home on Monday. 5 Star Employee in a # Star Dealership. Lost 2 days because of wire instructions. Instructions have the dealer name on them but the recipient account is the parent name "Sonic". This caused Lost 2 days because of wire instructions. Instructions have the dealer name on them but the recipient account is the parent name "Sonic". This caused the wire to be rejected. When resent it still took 24 hours for the parent to notify the dealer that funds had been received. Took the edge off of a good experience with the sales person Elias. Elias was very knowledgeable on the car, very responsive to calls, emails and texts. Very polite, helpful and friendly. Did I mention the car (F Type Convertible) is absolutely awesome! More
