I never have felt like he or the department is trying to upsell service just to generate revenue. That kind of honesty can be hard to find these days! When I am flying in or out of town, the dealership is always happy to pick me up and drop me off at the airport and service my car while I am gone. On this last trip the dealership general manager himself picked me up at the airport! Clearly the good service mentality starts at the top. Great people! More
