DO NOT buy a car from this dealership, unless you plan to have it serviced elsewhere! My 2021 Velar needs the brakes replaced. When I called to inquire about making an appointment, I was told that the parts have it serviced elsewhere! My 2021 Velar needs the brakes replaced. When I called to inquire about making an appointment, I was told that the parts on are backorder with no ETA. When I asked what I was supposed to do without brakes the girl on the phone told me "that's the way it is"... super helpful, NOT! Unbelievably poor customer service from a dealership that sells high end vehicles with hefty price tags. Long story short, buy something else, Range Rover Spokane service center is the worst! More
