We had an appointment to have repair work done. One door lock was to be fixed. We got there to the repair shop and soon found out that wrong part was sent. The friendly lady there at the shop handled the situation well and arranged it so that we can have the part - hopefully a right one - sent to us and we can have a mechanic here locally fix. All under warranty which by then would have expired. That will save us another trip to Spokane. More
