Dealership to far away. I am stuck going there for service. I had to tow vehicle 25 miles bc they do not allow repairs elsewhere. When car was there I had to wait over 2 w I am stuck going there for service. I had to tow vehicle 25 miles bc they do not allow repairs elsewhere. When car was there I had to wait over 2 weeks for it to be serviced. Communication w me was horrible. I had to text and call (only to get vmail) and not get return messages. I asked if a loaner was available and question fell on deaf ears. When car was done I got no notification. I had to call 3x. Very frustrated!!!! Poor service More
