I have to say that Peter Marikis is by far one of the best service advisor's I've ever had whether it be at Lexus, Audi or Land Rover. Peter managed the service on my wife's LR3 today and we had a fantastic experience. Upon calling Peter about a minor problem at 5:30 PM, the very next morning her car was picked up at our home & a loaner w had a fantastic experience.
