I had made appointment on 5/13 for my velar . Upon entering the service department. The place is super clean, very organized! I was greeted by Kimberly Estala, Kimberly was so sweet, kind, caring Upon entering the service department. The place is super clean, very organized! I was greeted by Kimberly Estala, Kimberly was so sweet, kind, caring , genuine , very down to Earth, she has the positive upbeat energy about her. She asked us what was wrong , I told her my velar has be having trouble with my sensory and my engine light constantly comes and goes . She listened to all of our concerns and questions . She answered them all! She is very knowledgeable which is great , since this I my first Land Rover . She told me it might take a couple day or more which I knew . The next day I get a video audio from Kimberly showing me what was really wrong with the velar , The O2 sensors needed to be replaced & coolant was leaking , the video was so clear and the description of where and what they need to do was amazing !! That was so thoughtful of her! Thank you so much!! I never had that kind of experience it was so wonderful!! I got a call from Kimberly yesterday that my velar was ready! Hooray! Upon entering were greeted by Steve , Steve was so kind, he help me get check out smooth & I got my car back Hooray! I had such a very warm positive experience here ! Everyone was super kind & very friendly! I highly trust them & with my car! I especially would Love Thank Kimberly!! She really helped me with velar with the constant updates , I really appreciate her so much!! Thank you so much!!! More

Called about a Range Rover this morning. No haggle was ready to pay full price. Waited 40 minutes for an answer if a vehicle was available, meanwhile another person from the dealer contacted No haggle was ready to pay full price. Waited 40 minutes for an answer if a vehicle was available, meanwhile another person from the dealer contacted me from my info request I put in the night before and said he was about to send me over a pricing layout and financing wasn’t a problem at all. First salesmen calls back and all of a sudden claims financing is “too complicated and too much of a hassle” I asked how is financing a Hassle for a new/used car dealer such as Land Rover. No answer and said a manager would call me. Never got a call. Immediately after getting off the phone with him my link from second salesman was deleted. And no more response from him as well. Few hours later dealer raised price by $3,000. I have never been blown off by a dealer like this in my life, upon reading the reviews maybe the foreign name seems to be the common denominator here. Edit: Terry this is 100% how you conduct business as it is still an ongoing issue. Car is still for sale, sales has still blown me off. Dirty practices. I will leave as many reviews as I can over this experience. Which once again, nobody has reached out to remediate. Just a poor response on Google. More
