We leased one of their Landrover Discovery SUVs in 2018. They have provided by far the worst dealership service we have ever experienced. We don’t like when people post negative comments about local busi They have provided by far the worst dealership service we have ever experienced. We don’t like when people post negative comments about local businesses on social media. However we are at the point that we have to worn others. The very first time I brought the car in for service I was overcharged. It wasn’t until I demanded an explanation that the office admitted their mistake and credited back. No problem, it happens. I understand. The second time my car was brought in for service the office gave it back stating it was completed. It still wasn’t operating properly and when I called their office the service representative admitted that the computer was glitching and they would have to take it back to fix it. Why would you give me the car if you knew there was a problem? A few months ago we had to have it serviced because water was leaking into the salon from the windshield when rained. They took the car, stated the resin was bad (a known problem) and it needed a replacement. They gave it back after they “fixed it” and it leaked even worse. The service representative apologized and claimed they had problems with the windshields. Unfortunately the windshields were back ordered until February. We were very understanding. When we called again in mid February saying it’s leaking all over, the service representative said they would call us back. But they did not. We sent an email to “Cal”. But got no response. We are paying over $800 a month for a vehicle I can’t use on the rain. I take my clients in this car and when i make so much as a turn water pours in and they get wet. It is very embarrassing. And it now smells like mildew. The only time Cal responded was when he thought we may lease another Landrover. Otherwise nothing. For a manager this is unacceptable. Ignoring phone calls and emails is unacceptable. We finally contacted the general manager, Bernard Lagroue. He was on vacation but replied he would be in touch. Never heard from him. A man named Alfred Fernandez called instead. We explained all the details, he said he would call back in couple of hours. Never heard back from him. We have given them so many opportunities to do what is right. We have been very patient and understanding. But in my opinion... Land Rover Treasure Coast doesn’t care about their customers and I hope someone will make changes soon. We document everything. We have videos. We have emails. We will continue to share our opinions and experiences with friends and family. We are so disappointed and we will never lease another car from them. More
