Welcoming and Patient Aurelia, also known as AK, was our sales woman, she was truly a genuinely welcoming person. She made us feel comfortable at what we could afford, and Aurelia, also known as AK, was our sales woman, she was truly a genuinely welcoming person. She made us feel comfortable at what we could afford, and never made us feel out of place. AK helped us with a used GMC Yukon, that ended up being out of our price range. She was understanding and patient when it didn’t work out, which made us want to continue to work with her. Alfred was part of the process and they worked together to help us. A couple days later they contacted us about a Land Rover Discovery Sport, which is a car we never imagined we could afford. It was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. During the entire process, from walking in the door to waiting to complete paperwork, was the best car buying experience. Walking into a dealership with cars that are over $100,000 can be very intimidating, especially when our budget, was no where near that ticket price. The entire time they made us feel like we were a customer that was just as important as someone buying the $100,000 car. More
