Jack Elliott is my favorite rep at this location. There we only two people who showed my wife and me courtesy. Everyone else was unprofessional and uninviting. Land Rover Woodland Hills can definitely for use a customer service upgrade. Every customer should be greeted with a warm welcome regardless of race, color, creed, or demographic. At its current state I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle at this location. I wouldn’t even invite them there to do service checkups. I will contact corporate with hopes of having better experiences in the future. More

The service department at Land Rover Woodland Hills once again did an outstanding job with my Range Rover. I got a routine oil change and in addition they sent me a check point video which brought to my at again did an outstanding job with my Range Rover.
