I visited the dealership during an extremely busy period (Thanksgiving holiday weekend). Though I was there to see a used BMW, not a new Land Rover or Jaguar, David, my salesman, was efficient and courteous. The support staff in the sales office were warm, helpful, and friendly. And, my Finance Executive, Younis was extremely knowledgable and took his time to guide me through the financing process. I am glad that I made my purchase through this Land Rover/Jaguar dealership as it is affiliated with AutoNation, which puts all of its pre-owned vehicles through a thorough inspection and makes replacements/repairs where necessary before certifying it as ready to be sold. Upon noticing a small damaged part on the interior of the vehicle, they quickly ordered the part and will make the repair as soon as it arrives. This dealership space is beautifully appointed. Overall, I observed clients are provided the high end experience to be expected from the Land Rover-Jaguar brand. I feel confident that I can continue to bring my BMW here in the future and that my car and I will be treated with care and respect. It takes time to establish trust and this dealership is taking the steps to do so. I would refer others to this dealership for any car they are offering for sale! More
