The saleswoman who sold me the car was hardly responsive, and I still haven't received the car manual. It has been nothing but a headache, and I will never purchase from this location again. I am even willing to cancel my warranties just to have peace of mind and pay for any repairs out of pocket. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time and extremely dissatisfying. I used to love this branch when they were in Encino before the pandemic, but now it's just a disappointment. It's unfortunate because we are clearly spending a significant amount of money there.
