My service advisor and other staff are beneficial and knowledgeable regarding the needs to be maintained in my car, except for those people who wash my car. After the service of my car, they don't wash i knowledgeable regarding the needs to be maintained in my car, except for those people who wash my car. After the service of my car, they don't wash it until my service advisor is the one who cleans it for my convenience. I hope the manager educates the washer staff to follow the service advisor's guidelines to avoid customer complaints. More

The only reason i'm. not giving the dealership 5 stars is I think their service department could be more responsive. I've had a few recent experiences where they did not get back to me, did not have a proper answer to my questions and also transferred my call to a service adviser's voicemail that was away for 3 days. I think this department needs to work a little harder to take care of their customers. That being said, overall a great dealership! More
