The Encino location had horrible service, once they cleaned house and started fresh in Woodland hills, it's like walking into a completely different experience. Service was just ok. The first time I went regarding a concern over the coolant in my car, I was told to just keep on going back there to refill my coolant everytime I The first time I went regarding a concern over the coolant in my car, I was told to just keep on going back there to refill my coolant everytime I get an alarm since their service is fully booked and there’s no loaner available for me to use. Have to wait until October before they have a loaner available. My car is just more than a year old and before I went to their service department regarding my concern, the coolant was refilled by them a week before that. Good thing my husband called the next day and got to speak to Jack about the problem. He got us a loaner and adviced us to bring the car in for service right away ‘coz there’s a tendency that the car might overheat if we keep on using it. Thank you, Jack! More
