Overall the dealership and the people are very nice. The service on my vehicle was not nice. After the second time I brought my vehicle home and found out the work was not completely resolved. The service was very good. I waited a couple of weeks so that I could reserve a loaner and it was well worth it. This way I wasn't worried about how long my car would take. The only complaint I have is that though they "washed" my car before returning it, they did a less than stellar job. I know it is complimentary but I had to have it rewashed so ....
