Everyone in the service department is very polite and seem professional. My experience when I called twice in one day to get a status on repairs was not positive. I left a message for call back but no-one did. The receptionist, when you call, is stationed across the street and lets you know each time that she can’t help you further— because she is across the street. They are not rude, just not helpful. If you have time to take off work to go visit you can bypass the lack of communication. But you shouldn’t have to. After initial analysis of required repairs, I asked to speak to the mechanic because the service department communicator did not understand what the mechanic was trying to convey. That didn’t happen. Again, the lady was very polite, and sweet to talk to, but not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions about the repairs. And that was the end of the conversation. Not helpful. More
