Great service center Had a part on my older F-150 break a couple months ago and this dealership fixed it. Two months later the part broke. Took it back to dealership & they replaced the part no questions asked and got it done quickly. Thor in the Service Dept is great to deal with & does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’ll get it done! Very rare these days. This is second time I’ve had this dealership do work & couldn’t be more pleased. More
Recall repair Had to call and ask if my part had arrived since no one had called me as promised. Told me repair would take a couple of hours....took almost 3. I had planned on running some errands while they repaired the car hopefully with a demo or something. Told me they didn't have one available. So I LITERALLY ran around Ft. Payne doing the things I needed to do. But hey...they had a friendly smile about it the whole time. 🙄 More
Experience just less than par I got a reasonable deal on vehicle, however everyone keeps saying “let us know if there is anyway we can help you” well the car needed an alignment- I I got a reasonable deal on vehicle, however everyone keeps saying “let us know if there is anyway we can help you” well the car needed an alignment- I called- ma’am that will be like $80.. well I noticed that i did not get the keypad code to door so I called... ma’am that will be $50. WHAT! I feel like that’s like not giving me a key to the vehicle. Well they were supposed to discuss and call me back Tuesday- haven’t heard back. I’m not impressed after spending almost $30,000 with this business. Our sales person (Austin) was very nice and tried to accommodate us but these matters were out of his hands. More

Great, quick, friendly service They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed completely and properly. I have 2 young children and I want to know that my car is safe for They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed completely and properly. I have 2 young children and I want to know that my car is safe for me to travel with them in it. They got the part I needed shipped quickly and kept me up to date through the repairs. Repairs were able to be finished same day as part was delivered! More
Service engine light. Recently my service engine light came on (2019 Mustang GT). I carried my car to Landers McLarty where I bought it. They checked it out, found the problem and told me it was a minor problem and would not result in anything bad would happen if I drove it a few days as it was. They set me up for an appointment on July 29th. I carried the car in on that date and waited while the mechanic checked it out. A part had to be ordered and it would be a couple days before it would come in. They set me up with a loner, a beautiful red colored Edge, and sent me on my somewhat less than merry way. After all, who wants to go from a Mustang GT to an SUV! Any way, I picked my Mustang up from the shop four days later a August 2nd. The service department did a great job. I was not happy to be without my own car for any length of time but it was no.ones fault, just one of those things. Every one at Landers McLarty did their best to make things as comfortable for me vas possible. I am sorry but I don't know everyone's name who was involved in the process. It was the Service Department, the young lady wonder me up with my loner and of course the mechanic who did my repair. More

Routine maintenance on tight budget. Dealership service dep. I was past due with routine maintenance d/t tight budget and had my 6 year old grandson with me as well. The guys in the service department are absolutely amazing! Not only did they apply a discount towards my bill but provided entertainment for my 6 year old grandson. Thor and Kristin are hands down a pleasure to see instead of the dreaded device appointment! More
