Do not buy from this dealership. I was offered a 2023 Audi RS5 they had for sale on this lot on June 24, 2025. This offer was by email from a salesman by the name of Skyler Weiss. H I was offered a 2023 Audi RS5 they had for sale on this lot on June 24, 2025. This offer was by email from a salesman by the name of Skyler Weiss. He introduced himself after I contacted the dealership from an add on AutoTrader. Over the next four days i requested a final sales written offer based on the offered price including all fees and taxes for shipping the car out of state. After 4 days I had not received this written offer but did receive emails each day acknowledging the receipt of my request. After the fourth day I actually called the dealership and was told there was no Skyler at the dealership. I then requested to speak to another sales person that had communicated with me by the name of Adam Cantrell. Adam told me Skyler was actually an AI generated communication and that Landers would not honor the price given to me in the emails but only a price over 8% higher. Adam even provided me a price that was higher than the current price listed in the AutoTrader sales add. No other solution was offered to resolve this situation. Beware of this type of deceptive sales communication with this dealership and take your business elsewhere. Hope this helps other customers in the future. More
