I purchased a new vehicle at Landers McLarty Ford from Matthew and unfortunately, the experience after delivery has been very disappointing. I was told a second key would be ordered, but after a week of no updates, I had to follow up myself multiple times, about four times. Before finally receiving it in the mail. I reached out (via email and text) to ask about how I would be getting reimbursed for the key program I was paying out of pocket for them misplacing key, and received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, I later discovered a hidden scuff near the headlight. It appeared to have been touched up to conceal the damage, and wasn’t noticeable at first glance. I offered to provide dated photos showing the flaw was there at the time of delivery, but the general manager simply said there was nothing they could do.
