Great service! I found there was a recall on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred door latch. Called and spoke with Thor in the Service Department. He was great! Ordered my parts, set my appointment and did the follow-up. They did a check on all points while my car was there: tires, brakes, lights, fluids and more for no additional charge. (no charge on recall) Then like icing on a cake, I found a Christmas thank you card in my car from Thor and his department. Wow! Makes me want to go back. Thank you Landers McLarty Ford. I was even pressured to purchase a new vehicle :) More
