My first time using their maintenance service. Professional, courteous, let me know every step including notifying me of problems they found. Asked me if I wanted the additional repair. Took my car in for a regular maintenance service, when I came out to get my car after checking out, I noticed that the right side of my windshield was cracked. I came back in and asked what happened, and no came out to get my car after checking out, I noticed that the right side of my windshield was cracked. I came back in and asked what happened, and nobody had a clue. I sat there for a while while the service adviser looked through my file and videos to see when it happened, and still didn’t have anything for me. They told me they would have to order a new windshield but that it would take a few days, they would call when it was in. Never got a call, so I called and asked when we could schedule to have it done, I told them on the phone that I would need a rental car and they said they would put me down for one. I get there that morning and tell them why I’m there, they say ok and then a few minutes later say you aren’t going to stay here and wait are you? I said no, I’m supposed to have a rental car. They said they knew nothing about me getting a rental car. It takes at least 30 minutes for them to get the rental car ready, for the lady to come out and tell me that I was lucky they had one left because they rented all of the other ones out and didn’t know I needed one. I was told they would be done with my car no later than 3, that they would call me when it was done. At 3:15 I called to check, and they said no they’re still working on it, that it won’t be done until 5:30 probably. I finally went and picked up my car, and they didn’t have paperwork for me or anything showing that they replaced my windshield. When I asked, it seemed to be an inconvenience. I bought my brand new Highlander at the Toyota dealership in Fayetteville and had my first service done there, they were AMAZING. The only reason I took it here was because Fayetteville couldn’t get me in. The workers in the service department at Landers could really use some training in proper communication and customer service. Not one person apologized for them cracking the windshield on my brand new vehicle, only that it was apparently an inconvenience to them that I brought it to their attention. More
They have a pleasant staff that are willing to help. Sometimes you have to wait, but that’s typical anywhere. Sometimes you have to wait, but that’s typical anywhere. More

On my last visit, I asked them to check on a camber adjustment bolt. My Highlander was still under warranty. I had another service facility perform an alignment and they told me they couldn't complet adjustment bolt. My Highlander was still under warranty. I had another service facility perform an alignment and they told me they couldn't completely align my vehicle because the camber adjustment bolt was "defective". I took it to Landers Toyota to have them check this since it was still under warranty. They found nothing wrong except the alignment was off. They realigned my Highlander properly and did not charge me for it because of the incorrect information I had been given. Lesson learned, go to Landers the first time. More
