Expedient scheduled service Usually I have a 5-star experience, but I have to give this one 4-stars because: -Normally, a service tech meets me at my vehicle when I arrive. This visit, I waited in my car and eventually went inside to let them know I'd arrived for my appointment. -I expressed that my tire pressure light was coming on consistently even though my husband was checking them daily and they were at the recommended pressure. I was told that different tire gauges can be off my 1 or 2 psi and this could be the cause. I was assured they would take a look to make sure the sensor was working properly and that adjustments would be made if necessary. My tire pressure light came on 5 minutes or so after I left and continues to come on. Other than those two issues, my visit was great as usual. Clean, comfortable waiting area with fresh baked cookies, efficient service, and courteous customer service from check-in to check-out. More
