It always is, however in today’s world when keeping your person information private is very hard to do, I would recommend wh It was a good experience. It always is, however in today’s world when keeping your person information private is very hard to do, I would recommend when the rep is verifying your information, that it be shown to the customer versus saying it out loud, especially if other customers are in the same room. (i.e. cell number, address, etc). The world is changing and you can never be to careful. Overall it was still a good experience. More

Repair vacuum someplace and put new device in gas tank. When the vacuum whatever was replaced ($400 plus dollars), they then said the measuring device in the gas tank needed replacing ($300 plus). I wonder if the gas tank was the real problem in the first place. No one offered any explanation. This service department has done all the maintenance on this car and we are generally pleased with the price and workmanship. An explanation would have made us more comfortable with the total cost. The staff is very helpful. We will continue to come here for service. More

All was great except for price. I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra for an oil change. I did not need tire rotation because I had just had the tires rotated where I purchased them.
