An example is discovering worn down tread on tires, then informing you that you probably have another 3,000 miles or so before replacements are required. That is much appreciated, and allows me to plan accordingly. More

Refreshing to receive such good service! I was in Lrock for a doctor's appt., and thought well, while I am here perhaps I can get that brake job I had been postponing for a month.
