The service rep was nice, but the service takes forever. Our Fiat 500L was having issues with the front driver's side door. It required a few parts to be ordered, which takes time of course. The issue is that the actual work took days and days. The issue apparently is that the dealership has only one guy who can work on Fiats. Seems a little dumb to have only one. What if he gets sick?
