Semi ok service, I guess. .. they are kind, but very unorganized and poor communication. The service department is awful. I called before driving out there (35 minutes away and informed them of that) and when I got there (35 minutes later) they had already closed for the day... early! The guy in the service department who answered the phone did not even bother to tell me they were closing soon or anything. I had to wait for a manager to find the keys so he could access my vehicle so I could pick it up. I would not recommend at all. If I could give them zero stars I would. More

Melinda Renfro did an amazing job finding me the exact car I wanted just for me. I didn’t want to adjust mirrors, seat and radio every time I got in car. I didn’t want food & junk from kids in car.
