First off, if this dealership wants to be successful they need to get rid of their rude “general manager” named Chad. He spoke down to us several times. We decided not to purchase a Jeep due to size. need to get rid of their rude “general manager” named Chad. He spoke down to us several times. We decided not to purchase a Jeep due to size. When our truck was brought to us we asked for our deposit back. He rudely answered that he was busy helping people actually purchasing cars. We were wanting to even look at something bigger but h Chad didn’t even give us a chance. We are new to the area and are a military family. If this is how you treat your military it is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to treat anyone the way we were treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone much less our military friends and family. One thing I wanted to point out is that the salesman was so kind and understanding. I have saw that Chad has had many complaints. Maybe it’s time for new management. More

Over this past weekend my 23 year old son alerted me to a 2021 Jeep Compass he'd spotted on line, offered through Landmark, Independence...good price...did a little back and forth with Chris the salesman and 2021 Jeep Compass he'd spotted on line, offered through Landmark, Independence...good price...did a little back and forth with Chris the salesman and the first of two "Chad's"...this was Tuesday. By Wednesday I was dealing with Chad Clemons--he did not hesitate to honor the agreement which had been reached the day before with the other Chad, but who was off yesterday (Wednesday)---and promptly conveyed the revised purchase agreement. That gesture sealed the deal and we were on our way to Landmark even though with a degree of skepticism caused by reading some unfavorable reviews. From the minute we arrived, we were treated with the utmost professionalism beginning with Christ, he salesman...; followed by Johnny the finishing staffer...; followed by a highlight, Ryan Hurd...NOT your typical Business Manager type---he was more than helpful--he assisted in providing my son with a means to enhance his burgeoning credit standing yet without any real risk on my son s part...very good move... Lastly, cannot say enough about Chad Clemons, Sr. Sales Mgr.--he was 100% credible and genuine...I've bought many cars over the decades... Chad was (is) one of the very best I've ever dealt with. The take away? Don't believe everything you read and always give a firm a chance to prove themselves regardless of what others ha e said before. This group really earned their spurs with me---Landmark--a very good company with which to work ....wil definitely work with them again.
