I was having a great experience working with Zach. Personable and ready to talk numbers on a new 2021 Ram Big Horn. We gave him our information and wanted to work out the numbers and the manager comes up and says, “You have to test drive the vehicle before we talk numbers.” Really?! I have to take a test drive before I buy a truck?! It’s late, so I say sorry, it’s too late so I’m not going to take a test drive. He also doesn’t know that I have already driven a 2021 Ram and want to buy one. I want to get numbers so the wife and I see how it fits in our budget. Who just buys a brand new truck without seeing how the numbers work into their budget?! Nope. He doesn’t want to provide us with a quote on a brand new 2021. Fine... I’ll spend my $50k at a dealership that actually appreciates their customers. And for Zach...I am SO sorry you lost a sale. You were fantastic and wish I could give you my business but with a manager like that, I can only imagine how that dealership would handle warranties. More
I’ll start with the sales guy Chad. While on the test drive he tried to get me to pay him cash under the table to get the dealer fee waived. It didn’t get waived and he continued to text, call, and emai drive he tried to get me to pay him cash under the table to get the dealer fee waived. It didn’t get waived and he continued to text, call, and email me harassing me to bring him cash. They were supposed to fix the driver side mirror, but Chad said because I didn’t fulfill my may side, they weren’t going to bend over backwards for me. I let the sales manager know the deal, and no one even reached out to me to try and say that’s not how they do business. I came back a few days later to sign the paper work, and the manager was in a meeting. He left the meeting and we signed in about 3 minutes. So fast I obviously didn’t know what I was signing. He told me the warranty was free, but it wasn’t. Additionally it took over a month to get they tile?? Said they needed additional paycheck stubs because I just started working at my new job. Why would you let someone leave with a car that wasn’t financed?? So my temp tag expired, had to go back to get a dealer plate then back to get the title. The. I get dinged a late fee for tutoring it because “I missed the 30 days” even though I didn’t have a title to license. When I asked about the warranty, they said the finance company makes you get it, which is just a bold faced lie. There was so much else that went wrong and is still going on. You couldn’t pay me to ever walk back in there and buy a car. They did nothing to the sales guy who wanted cash. I had to see him when I went back in there. The whole place is the reason car sales guys get a bad wrap. There are plenty of dodge/Jeep places in town and I wouldn’t go back to that one if you paid me. From beginning to end(still going just got the title yesterday) it has been a complete xxxx show. I just hope this encourages one or two people to go somewhere else!! STAY AWAY!!! More
