Less than a mile away had more issues showing up. Battery charging- start stop not working-protect mode. besides all this, have varmints nibbling on 5 pieces of plastic fenders, bumpers and vents, so I asked to have an estimate on the 5 pieces that need to be replaced and they gave me an estimate for 1 fender after having an argument amongst themselves on who did not tell who. to do this. Buy a jeep there, probably. Service.... we will see More

They tried to give me 7k trade in for a 2014 Cadillac ats with 56k miles when trade in value is almost double that. I have bought 2 brand new jeep in past 10 years! I will never ever buy from landmark! Nice treatment to a combat veteran on memorial day More
Jason Long..Best service advisor in Atlanta I have had 5 cars from this dealership and the one reason I continue to come here is because of Jason Long and the service department. Jason and I hav I have had 5 cars from this dealership and the one reason I continue to come here is because of Jason Long and the service department. Jason and I have become very familiar with each other because I refuse to have any other service advisor attend to my vehicle if it's not him. He is very professional and he knows all about Dodge vehicles and the men in the service department seem to really respect him and listen to him. Everything he tells me he will try and do for me it always gets done and the service he gives is above and beyond. If it were not for him I would not even come to this dealership but because of him I will not go to another dealership so I just want to personally thank you Jason! Always a pleasure! More

The managers are rude and treat women like they are garbage. The supervisor refuses to return my call because they said it wasn’t their fault that they broke my windshield. I will not be going back since they were not helpful and they’re idiots. More
Unprofessional This dealership is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been too. Nobody there seems to know what they are doing and they are deceptive. We were getting in our car to leave and-on cue-the manager ran after us and begged us to come back inside. The only reason we went back inside is because this was the only dealership within a few hundred miles that had the exact vehicle we wanted in inventory. After a lot of back and forth, we wound up paying $500 more than the price we had planned to pay, which was $14,000 less than the sticker and $4,000 less than what they put in front of us before we walked out on the sale. Apart from the tired, sleazy sales “game” they like to play, the actual facility is a complete dump and is not at all welcoming or comfortable. I’m not sure what they do with their profits, but they sure aren’t spending any money on decor or even clothing that fits. I wouldn’t set foot in that place again if they were giving me a car for free, it’s THAT disgusting. If Chrysler has any minimum standards for dealer facilities, I don’t see how this place makes the grade. More
Scam Scam Scam!!! Landmark easily verifies that Dealership 'Scam Artist' still exist as they tried every dirty trick in the book. Let me explain: On this website almo Landmark easily verifies that Dealership 'Scam Artist' still exist as they tried every dirty trick in the book. Let me explain: On this website almost months back I saw a 2018 white Jeep Rubicon JK (the older model nearly a year old now, built prior to the JL's introduced in late Spring) for $39,800. Doing the math i decided if i could get it for $36K on a 7 year note I'd get it. At the lot, and only seeing one meeting the ads description but with a window sticker of $45,600, I go inside to inquire with salesman Ramon about the vehicle in the ad as he declared he knew nothing about an ad yet he suspiciously walked me straight to the JK I was just looked at then began hyping about the 'extras' on on this particular $46K Jeep. Back inside he tells me that he can get it for me for 44K, seeing i wasn't sold on spending that much he asked if i had a trade in. Stating I've a '08 Silverado (not perfect but listed at $6K) that I'd use as a work truck if i bought the JK, as to not put all the miles on the Jeep but i wouldn't mind seeing his offer. He takes the truck info and runs off. Once back he says the manager is calculating the trade offer and that $42K was his final offer if i would "Commit" to it. Thinking that odd to say this early on with no discussion on how many months financed or the interest rate, which raised my suspicion a tad, so I said I'd need 24 hours to think on it. I then reasked about the ad and pulled out my phone to show him. He then stated that its the very same Jeep we had just looked at and been discussing...the one he had been scamming me on for almost $4000 above the ad price the whole time. He quickly runs off once more and comes back saying his manager said that the ad is ONLY for people that qualify for every single discount, in which many sounded nonsensical and made up, yet never once was I asked about MY discount qualifications and also once again said the manager's newest final offer is $40K (still slightly above ad price) and he had his trade in offer for the Silverado as well, but when he said $500 i literally laughed in his face, stood to get up when he said okay I'll give you $1000. I told him he done insulted me enough with the $500 offer and over $5000 markup, that I'm done trying to be scammed by him at every turn. Walking out the door I said i know that Jeep has been in the JLs way in the lot for at least 9 months and now it's getting in the way of the incoming 2019s, that he's got my number, when it's a reasonable $36K give me a call. Just over a week later (the day before a major snow storm, i must add) he did just that saying he had my deal worked out, i said $36K and he said yes, i reversed his role, lol and asked if he is "committed" to it, he said he was so the next day before the snow i drove back from Liberty to sign the paperwork but slyly his paperwork actually said $38.6 instead. Immediately standing up and walking towards the door i said that i can't believe you lied and had me drive all the way back out here when suddenly as on cue his Gargoyle manager hopped off his perch and pops out from behind the adjacent partition, Jeep papers miraculously in hand, trying to get me to sit back down, seeing i would not, he said Ramon did his job by lying to me as it got me back there so he could explain that they couldn't 'actually' sell it for the agreed upon and committed price. Too bad the manager failed do his job once Ramon xxxxxme down there by sealing the deal for him. I walked out... Not hearing back in a while and knowing it's still sitting there front row mayhaps the owner is willing to do what both others couldn't: seal the deal. For the dirty tricks they played on me I'm thinking spare tire mounted backup camera and additional soft top ($1200 total) should do the trick. More

They informed me that I could schedule an appointment so they could have the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. I explained I would be having a 5 hour drive and was taking a half a day vacation time, so I was grateful that they were being so helpful. When I arrived on my scheduled appointment, I was informed they had sold the vehicle 1 hour before! I was irate. The least they could have done is called me. I understand things like this happen, but they had all my information and knew I was traveling 5 hours (one way). The least the could have done is given me a gas gift card (at the very least). Nothing! I was transferred to a sales guy to show me other vehicle and was told I would be given a xxxx of a deal. (Gage) was terrible. He was very young and more than anything seemed annoyed to have to help me. I hate when salesman thing that because I am a woman, I don't know anything about cars. Just terrible! More
