Horrible service Bought my first car ever here. Paid 7000 cash drove fine for a few weeks and not even 30 days later a simple/cheap problem appeared. Asked if they can Bought my first car ever here. Paid 7000 cash drove fine for a few weeks and not even 30 days later a simple/cheap problem appeared. Asked if they can take care of me for it being under 30 days and i paid that much money. And the sales manager said theres nothing he will do about it. Tried charging me $275 for a $30 dollar part and maybe just maybe 30 minutes worth of labor. Went to Matt Ford and got a quote. Only $90 including a hour labor fee. More

It's a complete S!*TSHOW Brought a car in at 7:45AM at 6:30PM they called and said 'can't find an issue' ... we were the second car in and they didn't get to looking at it unt Brought a car in at 7:45AM at 6:30PM they called and said 'can't find an issue' ... we were the second car in and they didn't get to looking at it until 6? They pushed us off until after the warranty expired. Airbag light was going off and on ... Don't know how sales is ... didn't buy the car from them ... but find a different service place! More
