Awesome, no nonsense car-buying! My husband and I came here to buy a 2015 Jeep GC we saw online. We had done all of our research and showed up to buy with a trade-in. I never look forward to buying a new car and only do so every 10 years, so I was dreading coming in. But we ended up working with Bob Lackland and he was an AMAZING Salesman to work with! I even hate to use the word "Salesman" because that can sometimes come with a negative connotation. He was very honest and up front with us. He could easily read our queues and understood what we were in the market for so he did not push us in any direction we weren't headed towards. He made the experience very comfortable and we felt like we got an extremely fair deal for both the new Jeep and our trade-in! He also educated us on some of the details of their cars so that was helpful. Bob even went so far as to explain to us how to get better mileage out of our car on our own when we leave the lot! As with all car-buying experiences, you should do your research so when you come into any dealership you know what rates you should qualify for, what the price range is for your trade-in. If you do that and you're paired up with a great Salesman to work with, like Bob, then the experience is easy-peasy! I would definitely come back here again and work with him, and I would feel very comfortable referring him to others! Thank you, Bob and the rest of the team at Landmark for our awesome new SUV! More

Head of sales Doug Fletcher needs to be fired! Had an appointment first thing this am, we were with our salesman finalizing our deal. The head of sales Doug Fletcher came out screaming at our sales guy to get the Bleep to work! Many curse words in front of other customers and employees. This is unacceptable behavior. How do expect to reach benchmarks and production if you let a guy like this attack your staff. Your finance guy was really no better. He was irritated that I showed up early to complete paperwork. You guys need to get back to the basics on customer service. HORRIBLE experience. Our personal salesman was professional and calm. Sure hope he finds another employer that will treat him better! Do not go to this dealership! We will never be back!! More

Great place to buy a car I went in not sure what we even wanted , Dennis came out and ask us if he could help us find anything. After we looked around , we liked the Dodge Challenger, he asked if we wanted to drive it and of course we did. We just loved it from the color to driving it. Dennis told us all about the car , all the features , even set the clock , phone bluetooth to our phone, and other things on it after we agreed to buy the car . He was so helpful on everything . So if you have looked other places like we had , don't give up Go to Landmark Dodge and see Dennis Wikes , or someone else there as they have other very friendly salesman. Our #1 place to go from now on. More
