If someone would of told me a week ago that buying my firs I absolutely can not say enough about my wonderful experience with the Landmark dealership. If someone would of told me a week ago that buying my first Ram truck, at a dealership I was not familiar with, would of been painless and easy, I would of laughed all weekend. But Landmark proved otherwise and I have to tell you that you will NOT find a more honest, caring, or dedicated group of professionals. YES, I am really talking about a car dealership. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was treated with respect, honesty, and no pressure. I was very comfortable talking to my salesman, Jay Lawhon and fellow team members Steve, Lowell, and Ryan. I purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie, with all the bells and whistles, I absolutely love it! The other staff at the dealership made things a little tedious at times but overall it was a good experience. A big thank you to Jay my salesman he was the best. For a woman buying a car its not uncommon to get a sales MAN that will treat you like you don't have a clue of what you are doing, not Jay he was just very kind and treated me with great respect, he was very knowledgable on all the questions I had and he never acted like any of my questions were silly. Misleading online ads, refused to honor ad even after we are told they will. The truck, a 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman/Express Truck Quad Cab, was advertised at $22,988, my husband was told $28,168 and that's a are told they will. The truck, a 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman/Express Truck Quad Cab, was advertised at $22,988, my husband was told $28,168 and that's a great deal. He said no thanks and walked off. Later on, I showed him the advertisement which listed 11 trucks with the same description "2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman/Express Truck Quad Cab". My husband called John to double check the stock number, which matched. After some back and forth, and John claiming to be "offended" that we accused him of trying to screw us, we were told to bring the ad in and we would get it done-which to me means it's a go. The next day, I got curious, so I went online to find that truck again. It was bumped up in price to $26,988 (where it is as of now). I thought that was shady but figured hey, they said they'd honor it. We showed up Saturday with ad in hand, a new sales man says he doesn't see any problems with getting that deal. No sooner than we got in the office, some bald man swoops in, rambling a mile a minute about "mistakes" and how they won't honor that ad because it's not even the same model of truck. We both tried to explain that yes it was the same truck, and we were told you would honor it. He says no he will not, he will sell it for the new advertised price $26,988 and not a penny less. He will sell us a lesser truck for $22,988 but won't honor that ad because it was a mistake. I was so angry, I stood up and left before I got myself in trouble. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Kansas City which is ironic because I had researched their rating beforehand and found that they had an F. We should have heeded that F to begin with. I don't want some lame cookie-cutter "sorry for your poor experience" apology from them either. More
My sales man was great. Good personality and very friendly. He worked really hard for us. We bought a new Charger and there were some issues with it. The Charger had a sale sign over the windshield which left several scratches on the windshield. There was also some bumper blend work that had to be done and a few scratches on the hood of the car that look like they came from the windshield sign being taken off and drug across the hood.They were really good about replacing the wind shield, fixing the bumper and scratches. One issue is that I live 2 hours away so I had to bring it back to have the work done and leave it for a couple days. When they provided me with a loner it had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I felt that since I had to leave it I should have been given a tank of gas in the loaner car since I lived so far away and these problems were not due to my negligence. Would I still recommend this dealership to others or purchase there again myself, absolutely. More

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.....We bought a car from them on Feb 1,2014, This was our 4th used car we bought from Landmark Jeep and most likely our last. The salesman attempt to sell us a vehicle out of our price r 1,2014, This was our 4th used car we bought from Landmark Jeep and most likely our last. The salesman attempt to sell us a vehicle out of our price range (HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTIC) and had said that the vehicle we had seen online and was very interested in, was already sold. After an hour of telling the saleman that the vehicle he was trying to sell us was out of our price range (We should of walked and regret we did not) we went across Noland Road to Landmark Dodge and guess what......there was the vehicle we seen online. After a test drive, we bought the vehicle but the treatment we have received since has been poor....very poor!!! There was no inspection ticket so we could license the vehicle and it cost us to have the vehicle reinspected. We had the license plates transferred over to the new vehicle but they charged us a $7.50 temp plate fee. Upon seeing the fee we inquired about it and they refunded us the money but argued it was $5.00. We even showed them the fee on our financing. Landmark Dodge eventually refunded us the $7.50 but we had to fight for it. Now a month out from buying the vehicle and we are having problems with it. Could be a Lemon!!! I do not recommend them and LET the BUYER BE AWARE!!! More
