Best Fiat Dealership In Georgia Before going to Fiat of Atlanta, we visited two other Fiat Dealerships that were closer to us. Both of them had a disappointing Fiat inventory as well Before going to Fiat of Atlanta, we visited two other Fiat Dealerships that were closer to us. Both of them had a disappointing Fiat inventory as well as a lack of costumer service. Don't even waste your time going to other Fiat dealerships in Georgia like we did.. Fiat of Atlanta has an amazing Fiat selection and EVERYONE who works there is super friendly and knows exactly what costumer service is. Yvonne was so much fun to work with and she actually took the time to talk with us. When we couldn't come to an agreement on the first visit, Yvonne kept in touch with us via text to continue to try and work a deal with us. She was amazing and didn't annoy us with a bunch of fluff text messages. She got right to the point and we were able to make a deal. When we went to pick up our Fiat, there was a slight problem with it and service stayed after hours to quickly fix the problem for us. Jeff and Yvonne made buying my first car a fun and easier process. This dealer gave me the best experience I have ever encountered with a dealership and I would definitely say start here if you are looking for a car, especially the Fiat. More

Best experience, car of my dreams. Richard was incredibly helpful, put us under no pressure, but gave my partner and I ample confidence about the opportunity to purchase a FIAT 500. Made a friend out of a Skeptic My initial encounter with the dealership was TERRIBLE the sales agent that was helping me was wonderful but the managers and fellow staff were rude. H My initial encounter with the dealership was TERRIBLE the sales agent that was helping me was wonderful but the managers and fellow staff were rude. However my sales agent gave me their personal number where I voiced my problems through text. The issue was; I was told/promised one thing by the agent and the manager coldly turned me away despite what was told to me by the agent. After I left and voiced how I felt (manager being rude and didn't seem enthused to have my business). They requested I return the next day and we work something out, I returned the manager was very polite and apologetic they worked a great deal out for me and I've been happy ever since. I still have open contact with my sales agent "Yvonne" she answers any questions or concerns I may have about my car to date. I called with a recent problem and got amazing above and beyond customer service from "Nathan" in service department. I'm happy I purchased from this dealership and recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Fiat or any other vehicle they may offer. I bought a Chevy Camaro from them, and am very happy. More

Awful Experience I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 from this dealership in June of 2014. I bought the car on a Monday and was told that the car would be ready no later than I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 from this dealership in June of 2014. I bought the car on a Monday and was told that the car would be ready no later than Tuesday afternoon (It had just been brought in on trade, so it needed to be detailed is what the salesman told me). I get a call Tuesday afternoon saying that the car is ready so I can come in to pick it up. The car was not ready, it was in the maintenance shop being repaired (they had never told me there was anything that needed to be fixed). The car was finally ready on Thursday at 6:00 PM, more than 72 hours after I purchased the car and more than 48 hours after they said it would initially be ready. After taking it home, I noticed that the car was filthy, there was rice everywhere, the white steering wheel was almost black, the leather had smudges everywhere and there were crumbs all over the back seats. I had to take the car in the next day to get detailed, which took them over two hours even though it was the only car being cleaned. After taking the car home again, I noticed that the front drivers side tire had a bulge protruding from the side of it. After I notified the salesman that I had been working with, he told me to bring the car in right away so they could fix it. He said that they would be able to see it as soon as I got there, which was definitely not the case. They couldn't look at the car for over two hours and asked me to make an appointment for the next day. After taking it back to get the tire replaced, the maintenance manager was extremely rude saying that he in no way had to replace my tire because it was a used vehicle, he was only doing it as a courtesy. The salesman that I worked with was great, very friendly and very attentive (Richard). The rest of the staff lacks in those categories. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again, it has put a very sour taste in my mouth for the brand as a whole. Do not go to Landmark Fiat of Atlanta, you will regret your decision if you do! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever We had spent over a week at several different dealerships, looking at a variety of new cars. We decided to stop in at Landmark Fiat, to see if the new 500L would be a viable option for us. We are so glad we did! Yvonne was a great sales person. She was incredibly patient with us, showing us as many cars as we wanted to see, and even some of them more than once. She helped us find the exact car with the exact features we wanted. And when it came time to negotiate the price, it felt like Yvonne was an advocate for us, rather than against us. We didn't have to go through a lot of the back and forth games that happen at most car dealerships, which was a really pleasant surprise. Our interactions with Brady, the finance manager, were also really pleasant. He knew we weren't interested in any extended warranties or other extra charges, so he didn't try to push them on us. The numbers on the paperwork looked exactly as we expected them to when we signed everything. Thanks, Yvonne and Brady, for a very pleasant buying experience! More
