The customer service at Landmark led by Mr. Tony Dixon is exceptional in every aspect. I just tend to rate quality of work as "good" because the services performed are cyclical. I have had my Honda Accord serviced at Landmark for nine years. I have always received excellent service. Most recently Todd has overseen the work done on my car. Salesperson (Alex) was great... friendly, courteous and very helpful. Would definitely refer him to family and friends. We got a great deal on the vehicle and the dealership had great selection. The wait to sign paperwork was over an hour and a half (they were short staffed). In addition, we found mistakes in the paperwork that would have cost us several thousand dollars over the life of the car loan. I encourage all patrons to be very aware of all the numbers in their sales contract before signing any documents. More
