I arrived at Landmark Honda without an appointment thinking I had an emergency - I. e., one or more dangerously under inflated tires due to having accidentally driven over a curb in bad weather. William was able to accommodate very quickly checking it out. It was only a defective indocator and not necessarily worth fixing for $1100 in a 2013 SUV. The Dealership took care of a slightly overdue oil and filter change, and fully inflated my tires in an hour and a half while I worked on client correspondence and enjoyed a cup of coffee. More

He was a very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable sales rep. Never pressured me for anything, answered my 100+ questions and kept his word on EVERYTHING he told me he would do. Not only that, he followed up with me for a week+ after the sale. Makes me feel like he cares about his customers and doesn’t just look at them as a commission. As a first-time car buyer I was nervous about the process but he explained everything so well that a 5th grader would be able to understand. Will definitely come back to this dealership for assistance for as long as he’s here. Thanks Dawit! More
