This was the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Landmark (formerly Kumpf). I'm 84 years old and during service of my MKX I visited pre-owned to see what kind of inventory was available for what I'm thinkin (formerly Kumpf). The selection was great and I was fortunate to encounter David Barth who sold me the MKX in 2015. I originally had no intention of buying right now but after seeing the selection and having David be so helpful and accommodating of my scheduled foot surgery April 1st, I was able to easily, comfortably, and seamlessly accomplish the purchase on March 31st. I'm a big fan of the dealership---specifically the service department and David is just terrific!! More

Tammy picked us up at the airport arrived Landmark, met the GM and walked around the pristine vehicle in their enclosed delivery area, test drove, met the finance Manager, Brad Lond, who had all the paperwork prepared, signed contract. Tammy walked us through the Lincoln Connect app, stepped us through the features and technology and drove away very happy customers. Tammy and the folks at Landmark exemplify what a vehicle purchasing experiencing should be, particularly representing an iconic, luxury brand. I cannot say enough good about Tammy and team. They earned a customer for like and as many referrals as I can point towards them. More

Ken, our salesman, was very knowledgeable of the product and spent a lot of extra time showing my wife and me all the functions of the new Aviator. He was never pushy or high pressure. Carson the Sales manger was very helpful and spent time working different scenarios with us, lease vs purchase. No pressure here either. Finally Zach in finance did all of our paperwork and loan docs. Very easy to deal with very knowledgeable. Again no pressure to buy anything extra. He showed us what options we could add if we chose to and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them! More
