I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Tuscon on Saturday 9/13/25. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and there was a piece hanging under the front of the vehicle that was dragging on the ground 9/13/25. I notified the dealership, and they told me to bring it in on Monday 9/15 so they could examine the vehicle. I brought it in, and the service team "cleared the codes" but failed to repair the piece that was hanging. I called back and they asked me to bring it in the next day to have it repaired. They even stated that I wouldn't need an appt. I arrived at the dealership at 1:30pm and sat there for over 3 hours because the technician and the service manager "forgot about me". I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my daughter from practice and I missed a whole afternoon of work because I was FORGOTTEN. Within 48 hours, the check engine light came BACK ON! I called again and notified the sales manager and was told to bring it up there in Friday afternoon at 1:00pm. I sat for another 1.5 hours just for them to tell me it was the catalytic converter and that they could not fix it, I had to go to Langdale Hyundai. I was told Hyundai knew I was coming and that the repairs should be covered under warranty. I arrived at Langdale Hyundai just to find out NO ONE called them to let them know I was coming. They could not repair the vehicle that day as it was already too late in the afternoon. So, I scheduled an appt for Monday 9/22 at 1:30pm. When I arrived for my appt, they had not heard back from Allstate regarding the warranty, so it had to be rescheduled AGAIN to this Friday 9/26. On Wednesday 9/24, my vehicle began making a horrible sound as if I was driving a motorcycle. So here we are less than 2 weeks having purchased this vehicle and I have had to go back to the dealership SIX TIMES and my vehicle has had 3 issues! This is the worst service and car buying experience I have EVER HAD! If I wanted a vehicle that had mechanical issues, I would have kept my previous vehicle. I picked this car to have reliable transportation for me and my family. I will NEVER buy a car from a Langdale dealership again. If I could get out of this contract I would! More
I was so disappointed with my first service at Langdale in Valdosta. You are supposed to get a free oil change with a newly purchased car, I have a 2025 Honda Accord. All seemed ok for this service, but when I drove off the tire sensor light came on immediately- not that big of a deal, but, needed to come back in, they had to retest & reset… a couple days later found my cap to valve stem missing - same tire. Called and was told I could get a replacement - drove the 30 miles to get it… then, was told they can only replace with cheaper ones. They cannot order the original one my car came with. Not good customer service. Worked with Michael in customer service and is backed up by Chuck Higgins the Parts and Service Director. I really can’t imaging them getting something more serious More
My wife took her car in to have an oil change today. They tried to sell her on a complete set of tires quoted at just shy of $1,000. The issue I have with this is the fact that not only does your “complimentary inspection” indicate that she in fact does not need tires, but we just had new tires put on her car a month and a half ago. So not only does she absolutely not need new tires, but your measurements on the tread depth are garbage as well. This right here is a perfect example of why people don’t trust shops. You would think that a dealership would make it a point to be as honest as possible but this proves you guys are at the top of the list when it comes to taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. I genuinely feel bad for the people that trust you while you literally steal from them. More

With leadership, coworkers' coordination, friendly "it" (customer-service / customer-support) right! Their vehicle service department is top notch! With leadership, coworkers' coordination, friendly Customer Appreciation Rep (Alton), dedicated Service Advisors (Michael and Scott), along with the appreciative welcome and transaction closure with a hometown / "come see us again" authentic feelings to all patrons from Receptionist (Suzanne) and, most importantly our gratitude for the unseen mechanics known only by their "Tech Number." While having my pilot serviced, I’ve had a few problems. I had a slow leak from one of my tires but they couldn’t find it, so I had to go home find it for them and take it back up there to be fixed. I was told the tire couldn’t be fixed and needed a new one. In the process of getting tire installed they messed up my rim and had to be fixed as well. During another visit my oil drain plug was left loose and drained all down my drive way. Took the pilot up to Langdale Honda for the oil to be cleaned off the car and they wouldn’t even do that. Don’t know why I even went back after that but I did. So I paid the the price for that by watching the individual that serviced my suv steal all the change out of my door. Vowed to never go back but now I am having transmission issues at 28k miles. I have been calling about everyday to see when I can get it fixed and the recalls taken care of, but keep getting told different excuses of why I can’t get a loaner and get my suv fixed. Even after all the trouble they have caused me. Terrible customer service. More
