Cody’s sales pitch on the undercarriage rustproofing and extended warranties was heavy handed, and even a little insulting, but we suppose that’s the nature of his job. We do think he should refrain from slamming Consumer Reports ratings, especially given that CR was one the biggest reasons we chose Ford in the first place. More
