I found a vehicle for sale yesterday and called this morning twice to confirm it was there, before wasting my time to head down there. Twice I was told that the vehicle was in fact there. When I get there the salesman tells me he is going to grab the keys before someone stepped in and informed me the truck had been sold last night, but they had several others.... can you say bait and switch? They claimed to have another truck at their other dealership in similar condition similar miles. I told the sales person in no uncertain terms that I was not going to be jerked around, and if I was misinformed again I would be gone as a customer. He requested my name and number which I gave him and he was supposed to update me in an hour when the truck arrived. I did not hear back from him. I had to call at 4pm later that day (5 hours or so later). I was then told the truck was not ready and would be monday. I asked for pictures and was sent only one that did not show much either. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me it was sold, then it was not there then he had to confirm and would call me back. He did not, then I called back again and was told he was not sure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Place is not what it seems people are worse. More

After searching and finding a car we liked via Carfax, I contacted the dealer. I was informed that the car wasn't there yet, but should be in a few days. Once I was notified that it was there, we made an appointment, drove 2.5 hours with a toddler to see this car. Only when we got there, apparently it was a bait and switch situation. Instead of the vehicle that was advertise, it was the same make and model, but with none of the amenities advertised. No DVD player, sun roof, interior was not as nice, there was damage to buttons, etc. It was explained to us that the pictures we saw were their stock pictures and the vehicle was subject to change, which was not listed anywhere on the Ad for the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle, and my husband listened to the engine, and did not notice any obvious problems. We decided to go ahead and purchase it, as the amenities were not extremely important, for a lesser price, and with the understanding that they would put new tires on it, detail it, and fix the buttons, putting down $2000. Telling them we'd be back in a few days to get it, once they had time to fix the listed issues. We called to let them know when we were coming back and they tried to yank us around telling us it wasn't ready almost a week later because the service manager was not there. We explained that it better be ready the following day, as my husband could not take off work again. They lied to us and told us it would be ready to go, and we could come to pick it up. We traveled there a second time with a sick toddler, 7 days after we put a down payment down to pick up our vehicle. When we arrived, we were told that when test driving it SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE, the service mgr found some issues. A cylinder was not firing and it wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday. We were told we had to pay the remaining balance at that time and the car would be delivered to us free of charge. My husband canceled plans to earn money for Wednesday. Wednesday came, and after we followed up, we were told it wouldn't be there until the following morning. My husband had to cancel plans again. Thursday morning comes and we're told it would be that afternoon. Afternoon comes and we're told that the driver could not get to us in time, so it would be Friday morning before it arrives. More canceled plans for income. Friday morning arrives and we're told it left at 1030am (after we were told it would leave "first thing"), which means it should have been to our house by 1pm. 1pm comes and goes, still no car. After finally reaching someone, we were told it would be there by 4pm, because there were apparently other stops that had to be made. When the car finally arrives there are a host of new issues, we are given only 1 key, the rear windshield wiper blade is broken and has scratched the window, there are new scratches on the car that were not there when we last saw it, two weeks ago, it was completely out of gas, and there is an obvious ticking coming from the engine, requiring us to take it to a shop asap. We were clearly lied to again, as it was delivered on a single car trailer, so multiple deliveries were not made. Not to mention the "detailing" was horrible, it looked like my toddler did it. This experience was the absolute worst possible. Instead of being excited about getting a new car for our growing family, it has been two weeks of stress, headaches, and regret. More

They were supposed to order the part for the horn. I have a 30 day warranty on the van. 2 days after having the van it rained and the windshield leaked terrible. They wouldn't make an appointment to get the van in to fix it until I started yelling. After having it for two days and hounding them the windshield was fixed then was told they had to get approval from owner to order part for the horn. This was supposed to have been ordered the day I took the van because they knew it wasn't working. Their service department sucks, they refuse to call you back and they don't fix anything under warranty. I would not buy anything from this dealership. They are horrible. More

Do not purchase from Lara's Trucks!! Shawn O'Brien is the GM here and proved to be just as he introduced himself, by his initials, a SOB. After we handed over check AND signed all documents, they THEN told us we could not have vehicle because it didn't pass emissions. After 3 missed days of work, waiting for them and trying to arrange return of our check, we found out check was cashed and no one was "AVAILABLE" to issue refund. Again, Shawn continued to lie and hide out passing the buck to others while saying he was trying to do everything he could. This dealership is so dishonest, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE!! More

I said no and then the said goodbye. PS. pass a customer coming out he warned me before I walked in he had a title he was trying to get titled 3 times wish they would have looked at the reviews before I drove down the .I hope this helps someone More
