Entire experience was excellent. Salesman delivered on price and did not try and upsell. My salesman was Fernando Gulla, he was referred to me by an acquaintance of mine and I am so glad I called! He is so not your typical sales person, no pressure, no swaying, no underhanded tactics, just straightforward honest assistance and very, very knowledgeable. I am taking out the time to write this review because it is not often enough that credit is given where credit is due! He made what could be a not so pleasant experience a very enjoyable one, and I simply just LOVE my new Jeep!!! More
This place is a joke. I asked to test drive an SRT, and they told me "You are not test driving this car, that is like going into a Ferarri dealership and asking to test drive a Ferarri." No, it's actually they told me "You are not test driving this car, that is like going into a Ferarri dealership and asking to test drive a Ferarri." No, it's actually like going into a Chrysler dealership and being treated like crap. I called them back and they changed their story 3 times. No we don't do test drives on SRT's. Yes we do test drives, but it requires a 3500 deposit. Yes we do test drives, but not today. Well which is it? Maybe you shouldn't profile your customers and assume they can't afford it. I'm now going to buy one somewhere else. Maybe on my way back I'll take them for a test drive. More
Mr. Gulla and staff were extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to create a deal that was not only financially reasonable but also efficient. They try to force customers to do the maintainance twice more often than it is advised by manufacturer. If you really have to go to them take always your car's manual with you and point them with a finger more often than it is advised by manufacturer. I'm a young guy, 25, have done pretty well for myself but don't need to flaunt it. I dress low key and keep a modest and low profile. So when I went there to get my Jeep repaired before I moved across the c don't need to flaunt it. I dress low key and keep a modest and low profile. So when I went there to get my Jeep repaired before I moved across the country I was promptly informed that my Jeep, which had been looked at prior to stopping there, had an astronomical amount of damage and issues... Coincidentally the total for the damages were more than the value of the car and I was promptly pointed to the showroom. I guess the other service center I went to missed that.Hmmm Long story short, the salesperson who was an older guy with glasses was extremely arrogant. Really didn't give me the time of day and ended up offering me a totally garbage deal for the car I wanted. He told me that if I put down my car and $2500 right then and there he would do me a huge favor and let me lease a brand new Laredo X for $500+ a month from the very very limited selection that was there. HOW LUCKY I FELT! not I went up to Croton and got the Laredo X package, moonroof, color and interior I wanted for the trade-in value of my car and $400 on the spot- for the first month's payment. So for $100 less a month and $2100 less at signing I got treated right, the car I wanted and didn't get ripped off. Bottom line- I guess if you don't walk in wearing a Polo shirt and a Rolex you don't get their attention. And if you're a younger person, they are going to try to hustle you. Moral of the story- don't judge a book by it's cover because you never know who is in your shop, what's in their bank account, if they might be a TAD BIT SMARTER THAN YOU ;) or if they are internet savvy and review all the good and bad experiences they have. More
Fernando was the best car salesman I've ever had the experience to work with. He made buying a car a pleasure instead of a chore.
