Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

I purchased a used cadillac escalade with laredo dodge and it has been the worst experience. The vehicle has been in the shop longer than we have drove it. The service department has not been able to addr and it has been the worst experience. The vehicle has been in the shop longer than we have drove it. The service department has not been able to address the issues. The first time we took it for repairs the air intake was loose and bolt for brace was missing on passenger side front. When the rear camera was replaced screws were left inside rear door and constantly rattled. I spoke with service manager and he said he would personally take care of the issue. Two months later we are still having the same issues. On multiple occasions I have requested to get a call back or meeting with the general manager but he will not accept calls or in person meetings. BUYER BEWARE!! Talking to other people,this is not the the first time Laredo dodge uses decrepitve practices in their business. More
