Since I have never had an issue prior I would still go just concerning with an appt I had to wait 20 min after my appointment time for someone to help me.I was told they were short staff and Alain was out just concerning with an appt I had to wait 20 min after my appointment time for someone to help me.I was told they were short staff and Alain was out and was asked to move my car twice prior to being helped. I went to pick up my car I noticed on the print out it noted oil change was done but no the gauge recall when I asked they told me it was done but would not show on the print out as the technician still needed to document which I found strange. I was told it was done but it did not show record of it which is odd. My next appointment I will ask for Melissa for my next appointment as she is always friendly and my past visits have ran smoothly with her. More
