I was quoted $115 dollars online for a new key fob, then was told at the time of payment that it would be $330. When I asked, I was told that $115 would be for the labor, while the key itself would be $215. was told at the time of payment that it would be $330. Service advisor was rude and unprofessional, his name was Micheal. Mechanic took my car home without permission from myself, he then drove 80 plus miles in my car in order to “service” it. Not to mentio was Micheal. Mechanic took my car home without permission from myself, he then drove 80 plus miles in my car in order to “service” it. Not to mention speeding 88MPH in my car. They wasted half a tank of gas and did not refill after driving. My car had spots from some fluid residue as well. I am looking into legal counsel to regard this matter.
