Felt respected & cared about I took my Charger in for the emissions and safety inspections. From my first contact with Lange, I knew he understood how I felt about my 'guy.' He helped make a name correction and explained things clearly. I was told there were 6 in front of me and it would be approx an hour and a half. I settled into a comfortable waiting area and less than 45 mins later, all was done. At no time did I feel belittled as a female or like just another body to deal with.
