Chris is outstanding I came in to get my plates put on my new car I had a gallon of paint that had tipped over and spilled all over the back carpet that I was unaware of. I came in to get my plates put on my new car I had a gallon of paint that had tipped over and spilled all over the back carpet that I was unaware of. They opened the door to get my plate covers and were all surprised at the mess. The service dept jumped into action to get the mess cleaned up. Chris was so very nice and went over board to help. Her took the car to the detail shop. And washed the carpet and got most of the paint out. It was totally unexpected service but so appreciated. And at no charge to me. Chris is an awesome person. The service dept is the best. A big thank hank you for the help. More
Terrible WOMEN BEWARE!! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there recently to get my A/C fixed. They gave me quote, fixed my A/c then tried to up sell me on a thrott WOMEN BEWARE!! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there recently to get my A/C fixed. They gave me quote, fixed my A/c then tried to up sell me on a throttle body cleaning. Thankfully, my brother-in-law is an A.S.E. mechanic and told me that a throttle body cleaning is not recommended per the owner’s manual, maintenance schedule and is not is mentioned. Also, if there was a problem with it, I would notice it immediately. Larry H. Miller also told me that I needed a fuel rail flush. A fuel rail flush is not needed nor recommended. Modern fuels DO NOT cause build up. I spoke with the General Manager, Cory Nannemann who did not care about what I was telling him and said he would have his service manager call me. I spoke with the service manager, Cody Eckhardt who told me, that car manufactures try to keep “cost of maintenance down and do not list all maintenance in the owner’s manual” and “fuel quality in every state in different, therefore they cannot put it in the owner’s manual.” Any person knows that there is a federal fuel regulation applicable to every state and these guys are a joke! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM! They were taking advantage of me as a woman. They never would have told my husband the same thing. I will never take my car back there for this reason. Women beware! They will take advantage of you. More

Burned up clutch, not burned up customer My son is lucky enough to be driving a new Jeep Renegade with a manual transmission. He's pretty good with the manual, but got lost in a neighborhood My son is lucky enough to be driving a new Jeep Renegade with a manual transmission. He's pretty good with the manual, but got lost in a neighborhood with a lot of hills. That is where his "pretty good" wore off. Getting a call at 10:30 pm from your son saying that the jeep won't move is not the worst call, but I've had better! After troubleshooting and figuring that the clutch had burned up, we decided to have it towed to the nearest dealer. I then went to work researching the horror stories with burned clutches on the Renegade. Many dealers have refused to fix under warranty. You can google it. Cody at Larry Miller took great care of us and my son was back on the road in less than 2 days. And, he got to have dad next to him critiquing his clutch timing for another good while. ;-) More
Scammed me out of $550 Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tire Sensor warning light came on. Told me I had two bad sensors; $150. Then told me I need a new tire sensor modu Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tire Sensor warning light came on. Told me I had two bad sensors; $150. Then told me I need a new tire sensor module for $400. Light kept coming on. Must have taken it in 8x. Decided to go to another dealer...30 minutes later he tells me it's my after-market tire valve caps that are interfering with the signal on the sensor. Zero dollars. More
