My latest service was to fix a problem with my TPMS light being lit up on the dash board of my Honda fit. I waited for several hours and finally got fed up and went out to the service desk to find out what being lit up on the dash board of my Honda fit. I waited for several hours and finally got fed up and went out to the service desk to find out what the heck was going on with my car. They knew I was waiting in there customer lounge area. So what did they do? They called my home phone number and left a message that my car was ready. They also said they went into the customer lounge and called out my name but no one responded. I never heard anything from anyone. I waisted several hours that day waiting and waiting and waiting for my car to be repaired. No! I'm not a happy customer over this screw up. More
