I took my car in for a scheduled oil change at 8:00 am. I had an additional question to ask service. My keys were taken and they took my car. 1 1/2 hours later my car hadn’t even been started and they had I had an additional question to ask service. The person who checked me in acted like he had no idea who I was. They then changed my oil, but it still had the old sticker when I got in. I had to ask for a new sticker. What I thought would be quick so I could get to work took 2 1/2 hours. I will not be returning. The one decent thing about my visit was Cliff in service. He was kind and helpful. More

I made a deal to buy this car and then said I know it takes a little while to get it cleaned up and ready for me and get the paperwork ready so I left. I came back three hours later, and no paperwork had been started and it took me an hour of sitting around getting the paperwork ready then when I picked the car up, it was not cleaned. The engine compartment was dusty as I’ll get out there were no mats put in the car and there was no spare tire nor change kit, including, a jack and a lug wrench and so forth. I thought this was a very shabby rush together deal when I gave them time to get it ready, and I had to come back to have these things rectified. More
