I dread going, and only take my car to them because we prepaid oil changes when we purchased our vehicle. They never repair things properly, they even mess up oil changes and tire rotations. I’ve left with check engine lights, tires under inflated, paid for repairs that were not done. I have to go back often because of all the issues they cause. There’s no place I want to go less than this service department, it's an absolutely horrible experience every time. I love my car but we specifically did not buy a Lincoln when we bought a new second vehicle because of the horrible service department at this dealership. . More
As much as I have been disappointed with the 10-speed transmission problems that I have had with my 2021 Platinum, Cliff in the service department calmed my issues. He kept me up to date on the repairs w transmission problems that I have had with my 2021 Platinum, Cliff in the service department calmed my issues. He kept me up to date on the repairs with phone calls and texts. He is proactive in his customer service. He call me earlier than at the ‘end of the day’ for pick up after the repair. He had my interests totally in mind. Great job Cliff! More

This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from them. I originally wanted a Bronco and ordered one last year but sadly it was canceled. With my leased ending I had find something else. I went in to d ice one for the first time and ended up buying it. The sales person and sales manager were enjoyable to work with and made the experience seamless. The only part I wish was easier was the paper work. This is not a reflection of the dealer but two other entities the dealer works with. It is part Utah’s out dated system and Ford’s outdated system. This 2024 and the entire process should be fully digital. More
