Worst Ford service department anywhere. A complete and total waste of time taking our Explorer there, not once but twice. Both times we were assured that they had the recall parts in hand A complete and total waste of time taking our Explorer there, not once but twice. Both times we were assured that they had the recall parts in hand and all we had to do is drop it off for the day. Both times ended with the same result, absolutely nothing done, they don't have parts and need to order, not sure who told you otherwise. Best part was this last time when we picked it up and were told that all the recall was completed, just to find out when we got in the vehicle that nothing was done. Went back inside to ask why and got the same BS response that they didn't have parts and didn't know when they would get any, even though 2 days before they claimed to have them. The real kicker was the service advisors attitude, telling us we can't expect them to have parts on hand with no offer of apology or assurance that parts were coming and we would be contacted as soon as they arrived. Time to find a better dealership that at least cares about their customers. More
